Payment Methods: USDC (ERC-20) and USDT (TRC-20)

In short: Two methods: USDC on ERC-20 for Europe and USDT on TRC-20 for the US and elsewhere, with the network stated on every quote. No card details are collected on this site and nothing is charged here; the total and the payment details are confirmed in your order thread, before the watch is built and photographed. The figure quoted in that thread is held for 24 hours, and anything that changes is re-confirmed in writing before you pay.

What do we accept?

USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). Pick the route that fits you, check the five points below,
and if you are wondering why we settle on-chain by default, that is answered at the end.

WHICH ROUTE FITS YOU

If you already have an exchange account: buy USDT there and withdraw it on-chain to the address
above. An account that is already verified needs no new identity checks. When it asks which
network, choose TRON (TRC-20). If your exchange does not offer TRON for USDT, stop there and
tell me before you send anything.

Timing: the first time you withdraw to a new address, platforms often hold it. A new-address
withdrawal can wait 24-48 hours, and in the US crypto bought with a bank or card deposit is held
for up to 7 days before it can leave. That is on their side, not ours, and it clears by itself.
If the wait is a problem for your timing, reply to this email and we will work out another route with you.

If you have no exchange account: the card on-ramps (MoonPay, Ramp and similar) do not sell USDT
on Tron to US accounts, and a US bank usually declines a crypto card purchase anyway, so that
route is closed rather than merely awkward. Open an account at an exchange that does offer it:
Kraken, or Binance.US (Binance.US is not available in New York, Texas and a few other US states).
A card or a bank transfer funds the account, and the USDT leaves on TRON (TRC-20).
In Canada, do not go looking: USDT is not sold on the registered Canadian platforms, so tell me
and I will switch your order to USDC or PayPal. In Europe the platforms carry USDC on Ethereum
instead, and that is the one to send.

If it is your first time, or you are not sure: send $5 first and confirm it arrives, then send
the rest. Nothing moves on the order until the full amount is in.

NOW THE FIVE POINTS

1) NETWORK: TRC-20 (Tron) only. The address starts with T and has 34 characters.
   Do not use ERC-20 (Ethereum), BEP-20 (BSC), Solana, Polygon or any other network.
   USDT sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.

2) HOW TO SEND: use an on-chain withdrawal on your platform ("Withdraw" / "Send on-chain").
   Do not use an internal transfer or a platform-to-platform transfer, and do not send from a
   card or a payment processor. Only an on-chain transaction reaches the address below.
   If you are sending from a wallet you control yourself, it also needs a little TRX in it
   (about $1 to $3) to pay the network fee.

3) MEMO / TAG: if your platform asks for a memo, tag or note, leave it EMPTY.
   TRON addresses do not use a memo.

4) AMOUNT: send exactly the amount shown on your order (our standard rate: 1 USDT = 1 USD).
   The withdrawal fee your platform charges is EXTRA. Do not deduct it from this amount.
   Sending a smaller figure means the order stays unpaid.

5) AFTER SENDING: reply with your order ID and the transaction hash (TXID) so we can confirm
   the payment against your order. You will get a short confirmation by email.


WHY WE SETTLE ON-CHAIN

Cards: card processors do not serve this category of goods, so card payments and payment plans
are not available to us. A card payment can also be pulled back by the buyer's bank months
later, which would leave a shipped order unpaid.

PayPal: available for a first order. Ask in your order thread and we will confirm the details
and the processing fee.

USDT on TRC-20: it clears in minutes, the figure is 1:1 with your order total, and once it is
sent neither side can pull it back. That is why on-chain USDT is how we settle by default.

Why is there no card payment, and how do we settle?

Card processors do not serve this category of goods, so we do not take card payment and we never collect card details here. We settle on stablecoin: USDC on ERC-20, or USDT on TRC-20. The figure and the wallet address come from your order thread once the amount is confirmed, and if you have not sent stablecoins before we walk you through the transfer. No crypto yet? When does payment happen?

Payment is settled early in the order — after we confirm the reference, the options and the total with you in the thread, and before your watch is built and photographed. The piece goes into the build queue once the amount is settled, and the QC photographs of your own watch follow from there.

Nothing is charged on this site itself, and no card is involved at any point. The thread is the record: what was ordered, what was quoted, what was settled.

How do you send funds safely?

Payment details are issued inside your order conversation — the same thread that carries your order details and then your QC photographs. Treat any address, account number or link that arrives from anywhere else as not ours, even if it names this site. If you are ever unsure, ask in the chat before sending, and we will confirm in the thread.

Cryptocurrency transfers are final once broadcast; the network does not reverse them. Send the exact amount, to the exact address, from an account you control.

What are the fees and discounts?

Prices are in US dollars and are published on every listing — there is no separate "ask us for the price" tier, and no payment surcharge from our side. A fee charged by your own bank, exchange or wallet is set by them.

The only discount we run is the personal 10% code you get for leaving your email in the chat. It is single-use, tied to that email address, and applies to the order total.

Before you send anything. Confirm two things: that the amount matches the invoice, and that the details came from your own order thread. Those two checks are the whole of payment security on a site like this one.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Stablecoin — USDC on the ERC-20 network (Ethereum) for European customers, USDT on the TRC-20 network (TRON) for the US and elsewhere. The order page picks the right one for your country and you can change it. That is the complete list — no card processing on this site, and nothing is ever charged here.

Can I pay by credit card?

No card details are collected on this site. We settle on USDC (ERC-20) or USDT (TRC-20). The payment details only ever come from your order thread — never from a pop-up, an email link or a checkout page here.

When do I pay?

Once your order is confirmed: the total and the payment details are sent in your order thread, and the watch goes into the build queue as soon as the amount is settled. The QC photographs of your own watch follow from there. Never send funds to an address from anywhere else.

What currency are prices in?

US dollars. Every listing carries a USD price, and the invoice figure is the USD amount for your order together with any options you selected.

Are there any fees on your side?

We do not add a payment surcharge. A transfer or network fee charged by your own provider or exchange is set by them, not by us, so the figure that reaches us should be the figure on your invoice.

Is there any discount?

One: leave your email in the chat and you get a personal 10% code by return. It applies to your order total and is single-use, tied to that email. That is the only discount we run — there is no haggling at the payment step.

Duties and customs clearance are included: we clear the parcel and pay the duty, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If a parcel gets held at customs, send us the notice or the tracking number: if it gets seized on the line we pick for you, we reship it free or refund you in full, your choice.
