When payment happens
Payment is settled early in the order — after we confirm the reference, the options and the total with you in the thread, and before your watch is built and photographed. The piece goes into the build queue once the amount is settled, and the QC photographs of your own watch follow from there.
Nothing is charged on this site itself, and no card is involved at any point. The thread is the record: what was ordered, what was quoted, what was settled.
Sending funds safely
Payment details are issued inside your order conversation — the same thread that carries your order details and then your QC photographs. Treat any address, account number or link that arrives from anywhere else as not ours, even if it names this site. If you are ever unsure, ask in the chat before sending, and we will confirm in the thread.
Cryptocurrency transfers are final once broadcast; the network does not reverse them. Send the exact amount, to the exact address, from an account you control.
Pricing, fees and discounts
Prices are in US dollars and are published on every listing — there is no separate "ask us for the price" tier, and no payment surcharge from our side. A fee charged by your own bank, exchange or wallet is set by them.
The only discount we run is the personal 10% code you get for leaving your email in the chat. It is single-use, tied to that email address, and applies to the order total.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Four: USDT on the TRC-20 network, Bitcoin, Wise, and PayPal. That is the complete list — no card processing on this site, and nothing is ever charged here.
Can I pay by credit card?
No card details are collected on this site. We settle on USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, Wise or PayPal, and the payment details only ever come from your order thread — never from a pop-up, an email link or a checkout page here.
When do I pay?
Once your order is confirmed: the total and the payment details are sent in your order thread, and the watch goes into the build queue as soon as the amount is settled. The QC photographs of your own watch follow from there. Never send funds to an address from anywhere else.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Every listing carries a USD price, and the invoice figure is the USD amount for your order together with any options you selected.
Are there any fees on your side?
We do not add a payment surcharge. A transfer or network fee charged by your own provider or exchange is set by them, not by us, so the figure that reaches us should be the figure on your invoice.
Is there any discount?
One: leave your email in the chat and you get a personal 10% code by return. It applies to your order total and is single-use, tied to that email. That is the only discount we run — there is no haggling at the payment step.
