About VSFactoryUSA

We are a retailer for one factory line — VS Factory. No local warehouse, no claim to be the factory, no paid rankings. Below is what we actually do, stated so you can check it rather than take it on faith.

What is VSFactoryUSA?

VSFactoryUSA is an independent English-language retailer for one factory line: VS Factory (VSF). It is not the factory, and it does not run a local warehouse — every watch is dispatched from Guangzhou, China, with tracking. The catalogue lists 231 references across four brands (Rolex, Omega, Panerai and Audemars Piguet), each published with its price, currently $756 to $1,565. One process applies to every order: payment settles first, we photograph and film your exact watch, you approve it or we replace it, and only then does it ship. Only one factory line is sold here, so our comparison pages name the limits of that position instead of presenting themselves as neutral. Where we cite a third-party measurement we name the source instead of restating it as our own test, and where a figure cannot be verified — water resistance in metres, a delivery date, a customs outcome — we say so rather than invent one.

What are we, and what are we not?

What this site is and is not
ClaimOur position
We are the factory No. We buy from VS Factory and sell as a retailer. No factory in this industry runs a storefront.
We hold local stock No. Dispatch is from Guangzhou with tracking. We do not claim a US, UK or EU warehouse.
We carry several factories No. One line: VS Factory. Comparison pages on this site say so rather than posing as neutral.
We publish a best-of ranking No. We do not rank factories, and nobody pays to appear on this site.
We photograph your watch Yes. QC photographs of your specific unit are sent before dispatch, for your approval.
Our prices are public Yes. Every listing carries a published USD price. There is no "ask us for the price".

How does an order actually run?

You pick a reference and we confirm the specification and the total with you in the order thread. Payment is settled once that is agreed, and the watch then goes into the build queue. Before anything is packed we photograph your actual unit — dial, bezel, case flanks, clasp, and a timegrapher reading where one is available — and those images come to you for approval. Only after you approve does the parcel ship, with tracking issued the day it leaves.

That sequence matters because the disagreements in this market are almost never about taste. They are about what was actually in the box, and whether anyone can show it. Photographs of your own watch, taken before it ships, are the only version of that conversation that resolves quickly.

What do we publish, and why?

Three things on this site are generated from our own records rather than written by hand: the reference tables, the movement map, and the QC documentation. They are built from the same product data the listings use, so when a price or a specification changes, the tables change with it instead of quietly going stale.

Where we cite someone else's work — a forum comparison, for instance — we name it, link it, and reproduce the numbers without adjusting them. We do not present another party's measurement as our own, and we do not run a ranking of our competitors.

What will we not tell you?

We will not promise that no parcel will ever be inspected at a border, or quote you a duty figure for your country. Import charges on arrival are the recipient's responsibility, and rates change; a number we printed today could be wrong by the time you read it. We would rather say that plainly than sell you a guarantee nobody can honour. Where the parcel is stopped on a route we chose, we reship or refund — that is written on the payment page and the shipping page as a policy, not as a slogan.

How do you get in touch?

Use the chat on any page, or email us at the address in the footer. Both reach the same inbox. Once you have an order, the conversation moves into your order thread so that what was quoted, what was approved and what was shipped all sit in one record you can scroll back through.

If you want to see how the work is checked before you decide anything, the QC process and the movement map are the two pages worth reading first. For the order mechanics, see payment methods and shipping.

What do buyers ask before ordering?

The short answers; each of the linked pages carries the detail.

Are you the factory?

No. We are a retailer: we buy VS Factory watches and supply them with QC before shipping. No factory in this industry runs an official store, and any site claiming to be the manufacturer itself is worth questioning rather than trusting.

Do you hold stock in the US, the UK or the EU?

No. Watches are dispatched from Guangzhou, China, with tracking. We do not operate a local warehouse anywhere, and we do not describe ourselves as shipping from one.

Do you sell other factories?

No. We sell VS Factory, which is one line. That is why our comparison pages say so out loud instead of presenting themselves as neutral — a seller carrying a single line cannot be neutral about it, so we do not pretend to be.

Do you publish paid rankings?

No. We do not publish a "best replica" ranking, and no factory pays to appear anywhere on this site. Where we cite third-party measurements we name the source and link it, and we do not restate someone else's test as our own.

How do I contact you?

Through the chat on any page, or by email. Both reach the same inbox, and conversations are tied to your order thread once an order exists, so the record of what was agreed stays in one place.
