1. What this site is
This is an independent catalogue of replica watches built by VS Factory (VSF), with the factory line, reference number and movement recorded per listing. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any watch brand or trademark owner.
Brand names, model names and reference numbers appear on these pages for identification and comparison only — to say which watch a given build is modelled on. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Every watch sold through this site is a replica, and is described as such on the listing, on this page and in the order thread.
2. How an order is placed
Submitting the form on this site sends us a request. It does not charge anything, and it does not by itself create an order. An order exists once we confirm it back to you in writing — in the same thread that then carries your QC photographs, the payment details and the shipping information.
Keep that thread. It is the record of what was agreed: the reference, the options, the total, and the approval you gave. Warranty claims and returns run through the same thread, which is why it matters more than any email trail.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are published on each listing, together with the price of any options. The shipping rule and any discount code you hold are applied as described on the shipping page and in the order thread.
No payment is taken on this site, and no card is charged there. We accept four methods: USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, Wise and PayPal. No card details are collected on this site. The total and the payment details are sent in your order thread once the order is confirmed, and the watch goes into the build queue when the amount is settled. The QC photographs of your own watch follow from there — see the QC process page. Payment details are issued inside your order thread and never from any other source; if details reach you from anywhere else, treat them as not ours and ask us first.
4. Delivery, returns and warranty
These are part of the terms, and each has its own page: shipping and customs, returns and warranty, with the QC step set out on the QC process page. In summary: the order confirmed in writing, the total and payment details settled in your thread, the QC photographs of your own watch, dispatch after you have reviewed them, express courier with tracking, a 14-day return window on the conditions set out on the returns page, and a two-year movement warranty.
5. What we do not promise
So that nothing here is read as a promise we cannot keep:
- Courier transit times are timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- No watch sold here carries a water-resistance rating (metres or ATM) — the listings state daily water resistance only — a beat rate, a power-reserve figure or an accuracy figure. We have not measured those on our own bench, so we do not publish them.
- No steel-grade claim is made on any listing.
- No reliability ranking of factories is published, here or anywhere else on this site.
- Returns are accepted on the conditions set out on the returns page, and the warranty covers what is listed there. Nothing beyond those two pages is promised, and each case is handled in writing in the order thread.
6. Import duties and local law
Import duties and taxes on an international parcel are the buyer's responsibility, and they vary by destination. If a parcel is stopped in customs, raise it in your order thread — we do not publish a standing promise about the outcome, and we will work through the case with you in writing.
It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you live. We do not provide legal advice on import, possession or resale in your jurisdiction, and we do not arrange or advise on resale.
7. Liability
We stand behind what is written on the shipping, returns and warranty pages: the QC step, the warranty, the return window and the conditions attached to it. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes and questions
These terms may be updated; the version that applies to your order is the one in effect when the order was confirmed in writing to you. If we change something that affects an order you have already placed, we will say so in your order thread.
Questions go through the chat on this site — it is the same desk that handles QC, payment and dispatch. See contact, and the privacy page for how your messages and visit data are handled.
Questions about the terms
Straight answers, no filler.
Is a contract formed when I submit the form on this site?
No. Submitting the checkout form sends us a request. The order exists once we have confirmed it back to you in writing — in the same thread that later carries your QC photographs, the payment details and the shipping information. That message is the record of what was agreed.
What exactly am I buying?
A replica watch built by an independent factory, described on this site as a replica. Brand names and reference numbers appear on these pages to identify which watch a build is modelled on — nothing more. We make no claim of authenticity, authorisation or affiliation with any watch brand or trademark owner.
When do I pay, and how?
Once your order has been confirmed to you in writing. The total and the payment details are sent in your order thread, and the watch goes into the build queue when the amount is settled. We accept USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, Wise and PayPal — no card details are collected on this site. Payment details are issued inside your order thread and nowhere else.
Can these terms change?
They can be updated, and the version that applies to your order is the one in effect when the order was confirmed to you in writing. If a change would affect an order already placed, we will tell you in that thread rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
