Returns

A 14-day return window from delivery, on a watch that can still be sold again as it stands. Change of mind and damaged-on-arrival are handled differently, and it is worth knowing which one you are in before you post anything.

Two different situations

Return routes
SituationDeadlineWhat you get
Changed your mind 14 days from delivery Accepted only if the watch comes back in resaleable condition — see below.
Arrived damaged or faulty 3 days from delivery Dealt with as our problem, in your thread — not your change of mind.
Develops a fault later 2 years (movement) Movement warranty — see Warranty.

Starting a change-of-mind return

Message the chat on this site with your order number and tell us you are returning the watch. We reply with the return address and the reference to put on the parcel. Then:

  • Repack the watch in the case and packaging it arrived in.
  • Leave every protective sticker and film in place — they must be intact when it reaches us.
  • Send it with tracking. A return without tracking cannot be confirmed as received.

Once it arrives and is inspected, we confirm the outcome in your order thread.

The condition that decides it

A change-of-mind return is accepted only if the watch can be sold again as it stands:

  • Unworn — never on a wrist, no sizing, no links removed.
  • Every protective sticker and film still in place.
  • No marks, scratches or polishing.
  • Complete: case, packaging and everything it arrived with.

Return shipping is at your cost, and send it with tracking — an untracked parcel cannot be confirmed as received. If the watch comes back outside the condition above, it cannot be accepted as a return, and we will tell you why in writing rather than simply refusing it.

Damaged on arrival

Tell us within 3 days of delivery, with clear photos or a short video of the problem and the packaging as it arrived. On a genuine defect it is our problem to put right, and we cover both directions of shipping while we do.

Report it later than three days and we lose the evidence trail that makes the claim straightforward — the parcel has been in your hands and out of ours for a week by then. That is why the window is short.

What we cannot take back

A watch that has been worn, sized, adjusted or opened; a watch without its protective film; a watch damaged after delivery by impact or moisture. None of those can be resold as new, so none of them can be taken back as a change of mind.

Before you return anything. Message us first. A parcel that arrives without a reference is hard to match to an order, and a watch that could have been fixed with a five-minute answer — a bracelet adjustment, a question about winding — is not worth the postage in either direction.

Returns questions buyers ask

Straight answers, no filler.

How long do I have to return a watch?

Fourteen days from the day you receive it. The clock starts on delivery, not on dispatch, and the watch has to come back in the condition it arrived in.

What condition does the watch need to be in?

It has to come back in a condition that lets it be sold again: unworn, with every protective sticker and film still in place, no marks or sizing, in the case and packaging it arrived in. A watch that has been worn on a wrist — bracelet sized, links removed, stickers peeled — cannot be taken back as a change of mind.

Who pays return shipping?

The buyer. Return shipping is at your cost; send it with tracking, because a return without tracking cannot be confirmed as received.

How does the return work?

Message the chat with your order number, and we reply with the return address and the reference to put on the parcel. Once it arrives and is inspected, the outcome is confirmed back to you in your order thread. The condition above is what decides it, so read it before you send anything.

The watch arrived damaged or faulty — is that a return?

No, that is a different route and a better one for you. Report it within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we take it from there — it is our problem rather than your change of mind.

What if I report a fault later than 3 days?

A fault that shows up later and is not impact or water damage falls under the movement warranty instead. Message the chat with your order number and the evidence and we will work out which route applies.
