About the answers below
Each answer is written to be checkable against this site rather than persuasive. Where a question has a number in it — a warranty length, a return window, a discount percentage — the number is the same one that appears on the page that owns the topic, and if the two ever disagree, tell us, because that would be a mistake on our side rather than a matter of interpretation.
Two things we deliberately do not put in this list: a promise that no parcel will ever be inspected at a border, and a duty figure for your country. Neither is ours to guarantee. Our written position on a stopped parcel is on the shipping page, and it is a policy rather than a slogan.
Answers
Short versions. Follow the links for the full position.
What do the prices include, and are they per watch?
Each listing shows a USD price for that reference, and freight is shown separately before checkout. Options such as a second bracelet or a full set are priced on the listing rather than added later. If you select more than one watch, the total in your order thread reflects each one.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Stablecoin: USDC on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network for European customers, USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network for the US and elsewhere — the order page picks the right one for your country and you can change it. No card details are collected anywhere on this site. The full explanation, including why there is no card option, is on the payment methods page. For a first order we can also settle with PayPal — ask us in your order thread.
How long does delivery take?
We quote the courier's current window rather than promising a date, and confirm it in your order thread when the parcel is dispatched. Tracking is issued the day it leaves Guangzhou. The shipping page carries the current position.
Do I get photographs of the actual watch?
Yes — that is the point of the QC step. We photograph your specific unit (dial, bezel, case flanks, clasp, and a timegrapher reading where available) and send the images before dispatch, for your approval. The QC process page sets out the full sequence.
What movement is in the watch?
It depends on the reference, and the listing states it. We publish a movement map built from our own catalogue so you can see which references carry which calibre instead of having to ask and take an answer on trust.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every order carries a two-year movement warranty, and the terms are published rather than summarised in chat. See the warranty page for what is covered and how a claim is handled.
Can I return it?
Orders carry a 14-day return window. The conditions — including the fact that the watch must be unworn and in the condition it arrived — are on the returns page. If something arrives faulty, tell us in the order thread and we handle it from there.
Is there a discount code?
Yes, one: leave your email in the chat and you get a personal 10% code by return mail. It is single-use and tied to that email address, and it goes in the discount box at checkout. It does not require a second confirmation step.
Do you have a warehouse in the US or the EU?
No. Watches are dispatched from Guangzhou with tracking, and we do not describe ourselves as shipping from a local warehouse. Anything claiming otherwise on another site is worth questioning.
What happens if customs detains my parcel?
If we chose the shipping route and the parcel does not reach you, we reship or refund. If you selected the carrier or a specific declared value, it is handled case by case in your order thread. We do not promise that no parcel will ever be inspected, because nobody can keep that promise.
How do I know this is not a scam?
You do not have to take our word for it, and we would rather you did not. Three things you can check before sending anything: prices are published rather than quoted on request, we photograph your actual watch before it ships, and our written position on a detained parcel is on this site. A seller who cannot do those three is the real risk.
How do I contact you?
Through the chat on any page, or by email at the address in the footer. Both reach the same inbox. Once you have an order, everything moves into your order thread so the record stays in one place.
