Shipping & delivery

Where your watch ships from, how long it takes, what it costs and who carries the customs risk. Every order is dispatched only after you have seen and approved the QC photos of your actual watch.

The order timeline

Four steps, in this order. Nothing ships before step three.

Order to delivery timeline
StepWhat happensTypical time
1. Payment settled The total is confirmed in your order thread and settled there. The piece goes into the build queue at that point — see payment methods.
2. QC We photograph and film the watch built for your order — your watch, not a stock photo. 2–3 days
3. Your review You go through the photographs and tell us if anything is off. No review, no dispatch. as fast as you reply
4. Dispatch The parcel leaves our Guangzhou facility, discreetly packed. 1–2 business days
5. Transit Express courier to your door, with a tracking number issued at dispatch. 7–10 business days

What shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $35 on every order, and it covers tracking on every parcel. The figure that applies to your order is confirmed in your order thread, so you know the full amount before you send anything.

Duties and customs

As on any international shipment, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. If you are unsure what your destination charges, your local customs office is the authority to ask.

If a parcel is stopped in customs or held up at the border, raise it in your order thread and we will work through the options with you from there. We do not publish a standing promise about the outcome, because the facts of each case differ — what we will do is answer you in writing and stay with it.

Packaging and paperwork

Parcels are plain on the outside — no branding, no logos, nothing that describes the contents. Inside, the watch is in a protective case and wrapped for transit. The declared value is set to keep the parcel unremarkable at the border while still matching the shipping documents.

What we do not promise

We quote courier timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Once a parcel is in the courier's network we cannot control a delayed flight or a slow customs queue, which is why you get the tracking number instead of a promise we cannot keep.

One thing worth knowing. The single biggest cause of delay is a missing QC approval — a watch sits finished and photographed while the inbox waits. If we do not hear back within 48 hours of sending the QC photos we send one reminder, and after that we hold the order rather than ship something you have not seen.

Shipping questions buyers ask

Straight answers, no filler.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch happens within 1–2 business days of you approving your QC photos. Transit is normally 7–10 business days to the United States and most other destinations, by express courier. Those are courier timeframes rather than guaranteed dates — we give you the tracking number so you can follow the parcel yourself.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $35 on every order, worldwide. Tracking is included, and the fee is confirmed in the same message as your QC photos so there is no surprise at the end.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. The tracking number is issued when the parcel leaves us and is sent to you in the same thread as your QC photos.

What happens if customs intercepts the parcel?

Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are on any international parcel. If a parcel is stopped in customs, tell us in your order thread and we will work through it with you from there.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Courier routing and transit time differ by destination, and where a destination has unusual import rules we will say so before you pay rather than after.

What does the parcel look like?

Plain and discreet: no brand names, no logos and no description of the contents on the outside. Inside, the watch sits in a protective case and is wrapped for transit.
