How do you pick one?
Choosing between the 39 Panerai references in this catalogue comes down to three decisions: the case size you actually want on the wrist, the calibre recorded on the listing, and how much of your budget you want to spend, with prices here running $760 to $945 depending on the configuration. The blocks below walk through each one, and every listing states the reference number and movement as recorded in the product data.
PAM numbers, not guessed calibres
Panerai references in our record are identified by their PAM number, case size and materials. Where the record holds no calibre for a reference, the listing claims none — the alternative is guessing, and we do not do that.
Read →Luminor, Submersible or Radiomir
Luminor is the crown-guard case most people picture when they think Panerai; Submersible is the dive-oriented line with a rotating bezel; Radiomir is the cushion case with wire lugs. The line is in the URL and the listing, so you can move between them without searching.
How the factory lines compare
Every Panerai reference we list is built by VS Factory (VSF). The comparison pages set out what differs between the lines we carry and what we do not claim about any of them.
Read →What ships with every watch?
The same three things ship with every Panerai reference, and they are the same on every other line in this catalogue: photographs of your own watch and a movement clip sent for approval before dispatch, a tracked delivery at $45 with duties covered for the United States, and a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Not stock images — the piece you are buying, dial, case, bracelet and clasp, photographed before it is packed.
A timegrapher reading on the actual watch, so you see the rate rather than an averaged claim for the model.
Plus a defect reporting window from delivery, and the destination-by-destination customs position written out rather than summarised.
What do buyers ask before ordering?
These are the questions buyers send us before ordering a Panerai reference. The answers use the same wording as the rest of the site rather than copy written for this page, and anything not covered here we answer on the order thread before any payment is taken.
Are you the official VS Factory website?
No, and we do not claim to be. No replica factory runs an official store. We are an independent US-facing shop that lists VS Factory (VSF) references with their model reference and movement recorded in the product data, and sends real photographs and a timing video of your specific watch before dispatch.
Why is there no calibre on the Panerai listings?
Because our record does not hold one for those references. We publish the PAM number, case size and materials instead of a movement code we cannot verify — the listings state what we hold and leave the rest off.
Which Panerai line should I be looking at?
Luminor for the crown-guard case (38mm to 44mm in our record), Submersible for the dive-oriented line with a rotating bezel (42mm to 47mm), Radiomir for the 40mm cushion case with wire lugs. The reference number and case size are on every listing.
What happens between payment and delivery?
Every watch is checked and photographed before it leaves, and you receive a timing video of that specific piece so you can approve it. Dispatch happens once QC is signed off; we do not publish a day count here because it depends on the batch your reference is in — the shipping page sets out what we do and do not promise by destination.
Is there a warranty, and what about customs?
Every watch carries a two-year warranty plus a defect reporting window from delivery. Customs treatment depends on the destination: our obligations by country — including where we will and will not promise a replacement — are stated on the shipping page rather than summarised in a slogan.
Which guides cover Panerai?
Guides and comparisons for the Panerai line, written from our own product record, photographs and QC process. They cover the calibre, the differences between builds on the same reference, and what to check on the photographs before you pay.
