What happens after you send this
- Nothing is charged here. Sending this form takes no payment, and we never collect card or wallet details on this site.
- We reply in your order thread — normally within 24 hours — with the reference, the options and the full total for you to confirm.
- The piece enters the build queue once the amount is settled in that thread. USDC (ERC-20) or USDT (TRC-20) is how we settle — the order thread tells you exactly which network, and nothing is charged before you confirm.
- We photograph and film your watch — bracelet, dial, alignment, caseback — and send you the set.
- You go through the photos. If something looks off, you say so before the parcel is sealed.
- Dispatch only after that — discreet packaging with tracking. A 2-year movement warranty and a 14-day return window stand behind it.
Duties and customs clearance are included: we clear the parcel and pay the duty, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If a parcel gets held at customs, send us the notice or the tracking number: if it gets seized on the line we pick for you, we reship it free or refund you in full, your choice. Typical timing, once the amount is settled: we photograph and film your own watch and send you the set, you go through it and tell us yes or no, and we dispatch once you have approved it. The tracking number comes with the dispatch note. Where a piece has to be built or sourced first, we give you the realistic date in your order thread before you send anything.
